Kim Turner, CMA's Colonial Hyundai Service Advisor, was invited by our District Parts and Service Manager to participate in Hyundai's Service Adviser Skills Challenge. The competition is designed to highlight Service Advisors' daily activities and to test their knowledge of Hyundai vehicles, their features, and maintenance. It included a written exam, a one-on-one interview with Hyundai's corporate team, and role play with one of Hyundai's team members as the customer.

Kim placed second in the regional competition!! She has earned the opportunity to go to California in the spring to compete in the National event. If she does well at that event, she will be part of a Hyundai trip to Korea in the fall of next year.
