Nearly 100 Years in Virginia

Carter Myers Automotive was founded as Petersburg Motor Company in 1924 in Petersburg, Virginia, by H. Carter Myers. Nearly 100 years later, Liza Myers Borches - representing the fourth generation of the Myers family - is our President and CEO.

CMA has a rich history in Virginia and in the automotive industry. What started as a single Ford dealership has expanded to include 24 dealerships throughout Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina.

CMA Partnering with Charlottesville Climate Collaborative

 

CMA’s Colonial Nissan is excited about partnering with Charlottesville Climate Collaborative. C3’s Driving Climate Solutions campaign will introduce broad sections of our community to Electric Vehicles (EVs) by documenting the first hand experiences of some of our neighbors.

Carter Myers Automotive Fuels the Fight Against Pediatric Cancer

Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is observing Childhood Cancer Awareness Month with its annual #FueltheFight campaign. For each vehicle sold during the month of September, CMA’s dealerships throughout Virginia will make a donation to local non-profits that support pediatric cancer research and treatment.
