CMA has just accepted a Meals on Wheels route in Charlottesville, Virginia. Every Monday CMA volunteers will deliver hot, nutritious meals to the ill, aging, and convalescing residents of the Charlottesville/Albemarle area who find it difficult or impossible to prepare meals for themselves.Meals on Wheels is always looking for more volunteers! It only takes about an hour out of your day once a week, and makes a big difference in people's lives.
