If you see a CMA associate wearing a pink t-shirt or pink ribbon hat at any CMA dealership, it's not just to raise awareness in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each of those CMA owners made small contributions to the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation in order to get those shirts and hats.

CMA & Subaru of America Donated a Total of $14,000 to Local Schools

All 3 of CMA's Subaru dealerships participated in the Subaru Loves Learning program in September 2021:
  • CMA's Subaru of Winchester raised $3,000 each for two schools: Bunker Hill Elementary in Bunker Hill, West Virginia, and Orchard View Elementary located in Winchester, Virginia.
  • CMA's Valley Subaru raised $5,000 for Stuarts Draft Elementary School in Stuarts Draft, VA.
  • CMA's Colonial Subaru raised $3,000 for Marguerite Christian Elementary School in Colonial Heights, VA.

CMA Participates in 2021 Day of Caring

CMA was proud to participate in the 30th annual United Way Day of Caring! Our team worked at the Rockfish Valley Community Center in Nelson County, VA. The Community Center houses a weekly farmer's market, a coffee shop, a thrift store, and artisan studios plus has a skate park and recreation fields. The CMA crew painted and stained their new outdoor stage and helped create a pictorial history of the Center by rehabbing 80-year-old window sashes into art frames. During the month of March, CMA is bringing awareness to Suicide Prevention in memory of our first GM at CMA’s Williamsburg Ford, Brandon Stanhope.

For all friends and family across CMA who have lost a loved one to suicide, we are raising money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Virginia: NAMIvirginia.org. Now, more than ever, connection and support are critical to mental health.

415+ Bikes & Toys for Toys for Tots from CMA’s Richmond, Williamsburg, & Winchester dealerships

250+ Bikes for Salvation Army from CMA’s Valley & Skyline dealerships

40 Bikes + $4,350 for Toy Lift from CMA’s Charlottesville dealerships

A special shout-out to CMA’s Williamsburg Ford for their 1st Annual Brandon Stanhope Bike Drive. That store alone collected 159 bikes for area kids. What a lovely way to honor Brandon’s memory!

CMA's Valley Subaru Donates Blankets to Valley Mission

STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV) — It’s National Homeless Youth Awareness Month, and Subaru is giving back as part of its Subaru Loves to Help initiative by donating 50,000 blankets to 600 homeless shelters across the country, including here in the Valley.
